Phase two provides mentees with skills such as resume writing, research, computer skills, and career planning. The participants include girls aged 15-16, who have completed phase 1. The second goal of the phase focuses on expanding the mentees world perspective by engaging in local volunteerism and cultural meetings. The phase begins in September and lasts until the end of June—10 months.
