On December 13, the mentors took part in a monthly meeting in Nor Luyce. During the meeting the work of mentors was discussed. Tamara Mkrtchyan: the coordinator of the individual meetings, spoke about the achievements of mentors and the results of their mentoring Β work. She also spoke about the important nuances that mentors must pay attention to whlie working with their mentees. Mentors also had the opportunity to share their issues and get advice on how to increase the effectiveness of their mentoring meetings.
